Kirsten Tisdale

Ms. Tisdale brings to Korn/Ferry extensive experience in leading executive teams worldwide in corporate strategy, technology and business process transformation.  She has worked in more than 15 countries and across diverse sectors including government and healthcare, technology, telecommunications, transportation, professional services, energy and financial services.

Ms. Tisdale joined Korn/Ferry after three years as a senior advisor to the Government of British Columbia, where she was engaged to drive transformation across the public service.

Previously, Ms. Tisdale’s experience includes several years of practice leadership within CapGemini, a global professional services and technology firm.  Before this, she built her career with Ernst & Young as a founder of their eBusiness practice, with a boutique consulting firm focused on international trade strategy, and with Foreign Affairs and International Trade as a trade commissioner and senior industry sector advisor.

Ms. Tisdale is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker on trends in talent management and leadership, public-private partnerships and transformational outsourcing strategy and governance.  Currently, she sits on the board of 2010 Legacies Now, the BC Women’s Hospital Foundation, and is a founding director of the Centre for Outsourcing Research and Education. She is a past director of Canada Health Infoway.

Ms. Tisdale holds a master’s of business administration from Dalhousie University and a bachelor’s degree in science from The University of British Columbia.  She is a certified Management Consultant.
