Mr. Rosin is recognized as one of Canada’s foremost search professionals, having established a reputation for exceptional quality of search strategy and execution on senior executive and board assignments.

Mr. Rosin is responsible for leading Canada’s nationwide executive search practice, with offices in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.  He also concentrates on the CEO and Board Services practice for the Firm, partnering with clients across North America.

His accomplishments include assisting many of Canada’s premier organizations attract and retain distinctly innovative and enduring leadership.

Mr. Rosin’s entrée to search was preceded by ten years in the financial services sector and five years in professional services.

Mr. Rosin began his financial services career in the investment industry with CIBC Wood Gundy and then Prudential-Bache Securities Canada, Ltd., where he was Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer.  His banking experience was as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Swiss Bank Corporation (Canada) Ltd.

Mr. Rosin graduated from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, as a Chartered Accountant after completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Accountancy degree.  Mr. Rosin has a Canadian CA designation through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
