For the last 14 years, Ms. Simard has worked closely with key private and public sector executives to implement business strategies in the following areas: strategic development and planning, change management, customer relationship management, succession plans and executive recruitment.

Ms. Simard has an in-depth knowledge of different industries related to information technology, telecommunications, financial services and Consulting Services.

Ms. Simard is Vice-President and board member of the executive committee of the YWCA of Greater Montreal.  She is also a member of the Women in Finance Association of Quebec and the International Women’s Forum.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from McGill University.
