Corporate Director

Mr. Doug Hayhurst is currently a full-time Corporate Director.  His previous business career includes international industry leadership roles with IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Division, and senior management roles with Price Waterhouse (Canada), including Managing Partner for British Columbia and National Deputy Managing Partner located in Toronto.  He currently serves on the board of directors  of Northgate Minerals Corporation (Audit Committee Chair and Finance Committee member), Canexus Income Fund (Audit Committee Chair and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee member), and Accend Capital Corporation (a CPC) and on the Advisory Board of Layfield Group Limited (a private company).

He is immediate past Chair of the BC Region of the Institute of Corporate Directors and serves on the National Board of the Nature Conservancy of Canada and is Chair of the BC Region Board.
