Corporate DirectorMr. Iverach received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and received the honorary distinction of Queen’s Counsel in 1990. On December 31, 2005, Mr. Iverach retired from the tax law firm of Felesky Flynn LLP in Calgary, Alberta, which he co-founded in 1978. As a lawyer, his professional focus has been on taxation law, where he gained experience in numerous corporation and income trust matters including equity and debt financings, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and conversions to income trusts. In addition to his position as Chairman of the Board of Rodinia, Mr. Iverach is (and has been) a director/trustee of numerous other public and private entities, presently including Fort Chicago Energy Partners LP and Big Eagle Services Trust. |
